Light Channelling is like giving yourself at least a minimum of 7 minutes from all the hassles of Life, all the stress related to exams and tests, and telling yourself that you are your own Light. And we can also make our surroundings positive. I really love it. I practiced it when I used to have frequent headaches and found relief. After coming to know about Light Channelling from Manasa Foundation, a Light Channelling session was conducted in Sonu Anaji Walanj High School, Aambavane by the students and teachers on their own. A teacher, Shri. Sanjay Kulthe explained about Light Channelling and its benefits, that is, how its daily practice helps the students in increasing their intelligence, comprehension, grasping power, memory, confidence and concentration. The practice makes them calm and positive and reduces exam fear, thus improving the overall school result. It helps even the teachers in reducing their stress.
