Informal Talks with Guruji

Eclipse
29-04-2013 |

Celestial phenomena have always mesmerized the human mind. Unlike other events like visiting comets etc., eclipses are frequent and this has given rise to many socio-religious beliefs. Recorded human history bears testimony for this. Right now, we are in the middle of two eclipses. Same time last year, something similar had happened and we had asked Guruji some questions regarding eclipses.

On the eve of the first eclipse last year (2007), Guruji had mentioned, “I can see lacs of people waiting for these energies in meditative postures. At the physical level they may not be aware at all, but Astrally they are ready. Awake, asleep or in different time zones, they all receive energies Astrally. People have opened up wonderfully and there are more who are aware this time. This shows the impact of the energies Rishis transmit to mankind.”

We were aware that eclipses bring about lot of changes at the individual as well as at the global level. So we asked what exactly could be expected from these eclipses.

He said, “Eclipses bring about changes for the better. Whoever is ready will change. This is the time to take a great leap consciously; to Spiritually move ahead. It is the individual who has to consciously open up and accept. To surrender is to decide from the core to truly and seriously change. Put in efforts, then the Universe helps. If you are good, these energies give you a forward push.”

To understand the exact mechanics of how eclipses have a Spiritual impact, we asked, “At the physical level, eclipses happen due to the alignment of Sun, Moon and Earth. During this process, how are new energies generated?”

Guruji said, “This alignment results in a shadow and certain radiations are prevented. In the absence of the regular energies, certain new energies are released.

“These are very rare filtered energies. Rishis bring these energies and prepare new energies by combining them with the other existing energies. It is difficult to store these eclipse energies as they are in a pristine state, hence they are added with other energies and stored.”

While we were still in awe of this new knowledge and were struggling to absorb it, Guruji continued, “The way they are combined is a secret. Only the Rishi in charge will know this. The other Rishis will just assist him. We have a lot of energies here, under this very structure (Meditation Hall) and the Cosmic Tower. All these energies will be made available to us. These are stored here in a dormant state and only a little is allowed to vibrate. This in itself is enough for us. We will be given the knowledge of how to use these energies and also will be able to access them. Someday we ourselves will begin to experiment with these energies.”

Maybe he saw the shock on our faces after listening to this, so he smiled as he said, “We can grow to that level.”

We further discussed the subject. The answers we got brought forth a lot of new knowledge. The question-answer format has been retained so that it is easy to grasp.

Q. What about those people who are not aware of eclipse energies, Kundalini, etc?

A. Most people are not aware of Spiritual sciences; it is only now that people are trying to find out about Pranayama, Yoga, etc. And they do this only to improve their health. Nothing wrong with it though. In course of time they will evolve to higher goals and search for higher things. Eclipse will have an impact on them, given the transition phase, as planned by the Rishis.

Q. What impact does the solar and lunar eclipse have on the Surya, Chandra and Sushumna nadis? Does the cycle* of 24 minutes each get disturbed?

A. No, the cycle is not disturbed. The eclipses strengthen the Surya and Chandra nadis. However, it is just a small part of the entire process. Eclipses bring certain types of energies which are used by the Rishis. Solar and lunar eclipse energies are different. ‘Eclipses release energies’ - even this statement needs to be revisited!

* Ida and Pingala Nadis are also called Chandra and Surya Nadis respectively. These carry Prana mainly. From sunrise, the three Nadis - Chandra, Surya and Sushumna Nadis will be active one after the other for 24 minutes each. This cycle repeats.

Q. Partial eclipses occur only in some parts of the world, so is it that only these areas get the energy?

A. No, the whole earth gets energies whether the eclipse is partial or total. Everybody benefits.

Q. In our galaxy, there are many solar systems and hence eclipses happen everywhere. So can the Rishis take eclipse energies from another system and employ elsewhere if need be?

A. It is not required and the Spiritual Principles are such that they won’t do it. Energies from a solar system belong to that system only; we don’t mix up these things.

Q. Have the Rishis ever induced an eclipse?

A. Usually they don’t. They wait for such occasions and alignments. Sometimes they induce such events under extraordinary situations by requesting the planets!

Q. The eclipse would have happened at the astral level first. So, are energies stored there as well?

A. Yes. Energies will be stored at that level as well. We have an energy which is an Astral counterpart of this physical energy. Whatever is going to happen has already happened 72 hours earlier. Here we have to understand a lot.

Q. Eclipse energies are physical level energies. So with the ozone depletion, will the impact of eclipse energy be different from what it used to be earlier?

A. Yes, there is an impact. But they monitor and allow only the required effect. Before the ozone depletion, there was a different impact from a similar eclipse.

Q. What is the impact of eclipse energies on inorganic elements like metals, chemicals, etc?

A. They absorb these. Inert elements naturally hold beautiful vibrations, a lot of love and intelligence. They even have emotions. A cave or car can emote.

Q. The things an individual wears on his person, for e.g. a wrist watch, carries that person’s vibrations. That is how psychics can hold an object in their hand and tell about the owner’s life. So a negative person’s watch will also have his vibrations. When this watch absorbs the eclipse energies; will it become less negative?

A. The watch rejects negativity; it has its independence!!! A knife will not be violent, a sword is not cruel. A person’s vibrations are only superimposed on his or her objects. There is an innate purity in things and they like to remain pure. These deposited vibrations fade away over a period of time. When psychics touch a watch and tell about the person, it is based on these superimposed vibrations. The watch does not absorb, vibrations are just deposited. Maybe eclipse energies cleanse this.

Guruji had mentioned on the first eclipse of 2008 that the first set of two eclipses this year is very important for Pralaya processes. Let us consciously receive these energies and purify ourselves so that we can move towards the New Age.

Pyramids and other Revelations
06-11-2012 |

Next to a small lake, nestled in the middle of farms, about 20 Kilometres on the outskirts of Bangalore’s city centre, is a serene community of meditators called Taponagara. The name itself means the city for Meditations. There are high-energy Meditation Halls like the Cosmic Tower, Kundalini Hall, RA Meditation Hall, etc in this abode of the Rishis. Each of these halls has Astral chambers underneath, wherein the Light Masters have anchored Pure Divine Energy from the Higher realms of existence; and they continue to add a variety of Energies of high-vibratory frequencies for human welfare. Taponagara is protected by an Energy zone called the Manasi Field. Taponagarites are trying to utilize these Energies and guidance from Guruji Krishnananda to build a Spiritual community.

The Residents meet once a month and have an interaction with Guruji. What started as a social gathering has evolved into an hour-long guidance session of Q&As with our Spiritual Master. The session ends with gifts and blessings from Guruji for those born in the respective month. This is followed by a community buffet dinner. This article captures the discussion during the Residents’ Meet of August 2012.

Ms. Shobha Rao, a senior Guide, thanked Guruji for teaching us a new meditational practise just a few days before this get-together, and also gave her feedback. “Namaste Guruji. The new technique of the Sun is very nice; I felt a lot of well-being. Since this practise purifies our Mind, does it also burn our Karmas?”

“It mainly purifies us and while purification it may also burn Karmas along the way. In the Sunday Class, I could not explain all the benefits of this powerful meditational technique, but I can easily list out at least twenty known ones. Let me emphasize that benefits come quick and become obvious only when we regularly practise over longer periods of time.”

Mr. Swaminathan, who organizes the Residents’ Meet and is a member of the RA Group of meditators, had a follow-up question. Before we proceed, let me share something about the RA Group. In 2009, a powerful Energy called RA was brought down from a Higher realm of existence and anchored in Antar-Manasa, about a kilometre from Taponagara. This Energy is similar to the Great RA Energy mentioned in the Egyptian times. Unique RA meditational techniques are taught to those who qualify for the RA Group; qualification means meditating consistently for three hours a day for five days a week over three months, without a break. RA Group meets every two months and to attend every session, the initial qualifier conditions apply.

Coming back to the follow-up question - “Guruji, I am in the RA Group, should we practise the new technique above and beyond the three hours of practices?”

Guruji clarified that they can finish all practices within the specified three hours.

The beauty of a Spiritual Community of meditators is that one person’s mystical experience is felt as an echo within many; it is hard to explain but, somewhere and somehow, it becomes a collective experience. Ms. Rakhee Chopra, like many other resident meditators, is sensitive to subtle energies. She shared one of her many mystical experiences.

“Namaste Guruji. I want to share an experience. Few months back, I was walking my dog in the evening; while it was busy sniffing a bush nearby, a group of chirping birds returning to their nests caught my attention. As I watched them, suddenly, I felt a connection between me and the birds. Then everything turned into light; I felt expansion of awareness and then I was blank. I don’t know for how many minutes I was standing there. I lost awareness of the surroundings. My dog yanked me out of this state as he wanted to well, walk!

“For a few minutes I could not understand what had just happened. Even as I could see things normally, I could see Light everywhere as well; even the sky was full of Light. Whenever I have experienced Light before, I have noticed that the awareness of the surroundings is not lost even as we experience. But for the first time, I experienced blankness; as I stood there, I did not know where I had been. Guruji, please help me understand what happened.”

While listening to Rakhee, I was watching Guruji’s expression; it looked like he was verifying her experiences with his direct perception. He then said, “At this level, you are not supposed to be aware of what you experienced during that blankness. That experience of vastness was so great, if you could recall it you will lose all interest in your life in this world. Those who go deep into such experiences often prefer to leave their bodies and pass over. That’s why, you see, such experiences are blocked and that explains the blankness.”

“On Amara Mahasamadhi Day,” Rakhee continued, “when we practised the Oneness technique, after offering respects, I felt one with everything and I felt like I was in a different dimension which was full of pure silence. I wanted to experience it continuously, but I had things to attend to, I cannot express how peaceful that place is....”

“....just make a note and if you find any particular experience as very important, write to me.” Guruji replied.

Mr. Manoj Chopra, Rakhee’s husband, shared his experience after practising the Unmanifest or Chidakasha technique. “Namaste Guruji. I have practised the Unmanifest Energy meditational technique a few times and I felt a Universe inside me. It is too expanded and, generally we see Light and feel expansion, but strangely, I saw dark space. I am not able to understand this Guruji.”

Pleased at what his disciple had found out, Guruji smiled, raised his eyebrows and said, “That dark space is the Unmanifest aspect of God. As I have mentioned before, right inside us, there are points of connection to the entire Universe. You can connect to any part of the Universe from right inside you; you could delve inside and get connected to Andromeda Galaxy or any part of the Universe.”

Pausing for a moment for this incredible reality to sink into our noisy conscious minds, Guruji showed us a key to unravel many other mysteries - “Well, there are several advanced meditational techniques to access different parts of the Universe. Even though these are right within us, we cannot easily utilize them.”

As if to avoid any remote chance of being asked about the secrets, Guruji immediately switched to the next point – “Note that we usually associate darkness and space with negativity, but it is not so. The intergalactic space is also dark, it is unmanifested, that’s all.”

“That’s why I felt very comfortable and good when I experienced the dark space.....” “....yes, simply because we all come from that space; that is our Source or God. Contemplate on this point when you are alone. With God, quite naturally, we are always comfortable.”

Manoj signed off with appreciating the Unmanifest Energy technique, “I keep checking the time while practising because I want to finish within three minutes. It is a very powerful technique. Thanks a lot for teaching us.”

“Thank the Rishis” Guruji said, passing on all credit to the Light Masters as always.

‘Pyramid Revelations’ – A book written by Ms. Abhilashitha Vinay, was launched in August 2012. Like every book ever released by the Rishis through Guruji, this one was also energized. It is interesting that even the re-prints and editions to be published carry these amazing energies. When anybody, anywhere reads the content the energies help assimilation of knowledge. If the reader does not completely comprehend the concepts, then the energies sink in deeper into his or her consciousness and surfaces as thought flashes whenever they are in a state of readiness. The surfacing of knowledge from within is a very fascinating phenomenon, it is the moment when something already known as information “clicks” in our heads and suddenly becomes knowledge.

Coming back to the book on Pyramids, after reading the book many meditators had past life recalls from their Egyptian lifetimes while some had surreal experiences. Mr. Gururaj Kanade, who has a keen interest in metaphysical matters, appreciated the book and started a conversation with Guruji which brought forth many new knowledge points.

“This is regarding the book Pyramid Revelations. The very first thought that occurred to me when I was reading was that I had read quite a lot of Dolores Cannon’s books earlier, and I somehow felt there was a reason why I read those books; suddenly many dots got connected; I cannot really explain but that’s the kind of feeling I got. Secondly, there is a lot of information about Thoth Hermes all over the internet and he is portrayed as the scribe of God; this book brings clarity. The third, it is believed that pyramids are most effective when angled at fifty one degrees and fifty two minutes. Personally, I always felt that this angle would be best for certain purposes only; this book clearly tells us that as long as a pyramid is a tetrahedron, it is fine, irrespective of the angle.”

“People who have studied pyramids have said that the angle should be accurate, otherwise, there will be bad effects. This is not correct and there are proofs. People see only that which is in front of their eyes not beyond that. Generally, even in life, we do this. You see, even temple gopuras (ornate large entrances) are pyramids with a variety of angles. Each pyramid or each group of pyramids, has different functions and that is why certain angles were chosen. However, the angle is not of paramount importance.”

There are many periods of human civilization which have not made it to the chronicles of recorded history. Guruji gave us new insight into a time when pyramids were widespread, he said, “There was a time when there were many pyramids everywhere. There was, one can say, a pyramid civilization all over the world, not only in Egypt. Pyramids were used for various reasons like entry points to other dimensions, as storehouses of knowledge, healing energies. Knowledge of all types like sciences, music, etc was stored in the form of energies. In the course of time the pyramids were destroyed.”

A sense of loss could be seen in Guruji’s expression. Technical knowhow and energies which could have helped generations stay advanced were lost to the insanity humanity allowed. With a sense of amusement Guruji said, “Internet is brimming over with so much of noise about the pyramids. Some have good intentions, but with most there is a tendency to coin new words, and say things just to attract people. During the Study Centre meetings, once Vishwamitra Maharshi had mentioned that about 98% of “knowledge” on the internet is speculative.”

Switching mood with a sense of renewed hope he continued, “Anyway, when we cross December 2012, suddenly we will become aware of the faculty of direct perception of Truth, which is in us even now. We will be able to grasp knowledge directly. The Rishis gave some information in the book Pyramid Revelations to see the response; there is much more. Try reading this book slowly; pick up a point and go on contemplating, you might receive new information on the subject and even on Creation.”

The thirst for knowledge is such that waiting for our higher faculties to operate seems like a lot so Gururaj asked some more questions based on what he had read and his contemplation points. I personally feel that seeking to know more about the mechanics of the Universe is a kind of appreciation for God’s Creation; it is a form of worship.

“Guruji, I wanted to know about Thoth Hermes, Pythagoras and Leonardo Pisano. There is a lot of mention about them whenever we read about pyramids and the sacred geometry. I wanted to understand whether Thoth actually took birth or did he reincarnate as these different personalities to continue the knowledge work?”

Guruji is always in link with the highly evolved Spiritual Masters in the higher realms. He receives information from them as well as other sources with his advanced capacities of direct perception. “They are different personalities,” Guruji replied, “But, they worked with a common source of knowledge. They did not meet at any time, yet, they had the access to the common source. And somehow, strangely, worked on a similar subject and hence we find similarities in the knowledge that they have brought down.”

“What is the significance of the golden proportion? They talk quite a lot about it in the context of sacred geometry?”

“It contains the secrets of Creation. We are yet to know and explore. Maybe here afterwards, when men become gentlemen and grow, we will understand these things.”

“Dr. Abdul from Egypt has done some research work on what he calls bio-geometry. Using geometric shapes, he says, a lot of applications are possible. One important thing is healing, second thing is about trying to balance the energy in different fields. What he has done is, based on the energy flow, he has drawn many shapes which he calls bio-signatures. And these could be used to remove imbalances in our system. In fact, while reading this information, I had a thought; some time back I had watched a documentary about Amazonian tribal people who tattooed their bodies with very funny shapes like this. Possibly they had this knowledge and they tattooed to balanced their energies and receive healing.”

“You are absolutely right. These geometrical shapes have very powerful impact. We are yet to understand. For example, healing energies, we just channel or send the energies; however you can mentally create a particular geometric form, fill up with energies and send it. The healing that occurs will be tenfold faster. There are, I would say, hundreds of geometric forms which can be used in this way” Guruji answered.

“Such knowhow was kept away from humanity to keep it from being abused for selfish and destructive purposes. People are not Spiritually ready to receive advanced technologies from the Light Masters. Spirituality is just being simple, good, honest and peaceful. It is sad that humanity is not ready for higher things.”

The sense-of-loss look was back on Guruji’s face; he is very sensitive to humanity’s loss of opportunity because he witnesses human suffering from the vantage point of the higher Astral realms. He knows more than most that this suffering can be removed by simply choosing Light.

“Anyway, coming back to the point of geometric symbols, a long term patient lying in bed can be made to walk instantaneously.” The renewed-hope look was back. That’s the beauty of being with Guruji, and hence the Rishis, they are a perennial source of hope and strength. “I know a Greek Light Worker who used these geometric symbols but he deliberately never spoke about them. In the New Age, we will witness a million possibilities for generating energy, for improving weather condition, even for creating things and not just healing.”

With an assuring smile he continued, “In the New Age, there will be not a single person with a deformed body. Physical deformation comes from the deformations in the mind. This is a very interesting truth. When we see deformed beggars on the streets we feel sorry for them; we can always blame them for their past-life Karmas which led them to this situation, but we have to feel compassionate towards everybody.”

On a serious note he said, “Rishis say, if you wish to harm or even think of harming a person in the mind, that’s enough, in the next lifetime you will have a deformed body for the entire life period. So, imagine what our mind and intellect can do; that’s why we say, always carry Light, always carry love. When you have love, you see, love will get you anything.

“In the New Age, we will know things all by ourselves, we will not need anyone to teach us these things. There will be a sudden explosion of awareness and everyone will know. When we choose only positive and loving things we will become Light bodies automatically. It will not happen by mechanically practising meditational techniques. Just by repeating a mantra you will not become a Light body; only Love can make it happen.”

“This is quite fascinating,” Gururaj said, still taking in all that Guruji had taught.

“I don’t blame anyone, but it has been my observation that people spend too much of their time on the insignificant small mundane matters of life. Every bit in life is important, no doubt, but spend some time looking beyond the routine. There are many worlds waiting to be known and waiting to help us. Luckily we are approaching times when we will be able to achieve this.”

“Guruji, there are a couple of more clarifications in the same context, can I go ahead?”

“Sure.”

“Guruji, they say that some of these geometric shapes are related to elements like water, fire, etc the Pancha-tatvas (the five principles of matter). How much truth is in that?”

“I don’t think so. I intuitively feel that we need not relate.”

“Okay Guruji. There is another thing, in the context of bio-geometry where Dr. Abdul has come out with specific energy flows in the diagrams, if we understand some of our work in New Age Realities where we talk about the fundamental energy, basic energy structure, toroids, etc, if we use the flower of life would that be better than using the very specific diagrams or geometric shapes?”

“We have to thoroughly understand this more before we begin using anything. In the meanwhile, grow spiritually. Goodness is essential, otherwise we will not survive in the New Age. Without Spiritual maturity, knowledge gets abused. Once we grow sufficiently, we will not use such knowledge for personal benefits but for Universal welfare. Being good alone is not enough; because the earth is entering the New Age we have to think in terms of the world at large. Feel for the world, humanity’s pain and trials should be our concern. Let us start with our neighbours to begin with, it is then we will enter the New Age.

“If you cannot help someone, send Light and Love. Spread Love,” pausing so that his instruction gets clearly registered in each one of us, Guruji continued, “Knowledge will be given proportionately to our Spiritual growth. The knowledge of atom bombs did not do any good to the world.”

He gave us a word of caution – “Even though the dark forces are getting weaker, we have to be careful. Do not allow any negative thought to enter you. The decisive time has come, in these few months, we can become Gods or we can become demons. I cannot forget Vishwamitra Maharshi’s words – ‘Change or perish.’ The time has come for us to change. We have to, because the whole planet is entering into the New Age, new consciousness is entering in all things.”

“There are one or two technical queries. But I think I will hold them for now. Thank you Guruji.” Gururaj signed off.

Ms. Sujatha with her beautiful smile which she always adorns, was eagerly waiting her turn. “Namaste Guruji. I read the book Pyramid Revelations; a very good book indeed. After a reading a just a few pages, I felt heaviness and very, very sleepy. The next day I was still sleepy, I managed to cook and again slept. In my dreams I felt I was lost in a pyramid; is there any connection?”

“Usually when we absorb more energy, we feel sleepy. That’s what happened to you” Guruji answered.

“Guruji, I wanted to understand, just as the Dwarapalakas (keepers of the entrances) protect the Cosmic Tower here, do Astral Beings protect the Giza pyramid?”

“The Cosmic Tower is protected by a special Guard. There is a passageway to another dimension from the Cosmic Tower, as we have mentioned in the book, which is protected by this Guard. There are no Dwarapalakas here, there are Ashtadikpalakas (deities of the eight Cosmic directions). Their job is to hold the energy that’s all and not allow other destructive energies, negative energies to enter. Every house or structure can have the Ashtadikpalakas holding the energy. The special Guard is a different being.”

The fact that only the Cosmic Tower and the Giza Pyramid have passages to other dimensions makes Taponagara a very special place.

Ms. Archana, who is also very sensitive to subtle energies, shared her experience after reading the book. “Namaste Guruji, let me first congratulate Abhilashitha for having accomplished writing this book. Everything about the book is very good, the printing, the cover page, etc. Even as I was glancing some paragraphs I could feel a lot of energies contained in the book.

“While reading, I felt sleepy; so I just held the book and went into a state of deep sleep. Then I saw a pyramid, though the door was not visible I knew there was one. I went inside and saw a very bright golden yellow light. There was a person who wanted to check if anybody had gone inside; I did not want him to see me, so as soon as the door opened on the inside I went behind it and turned into an invisible white light. And then, I just opened my eyes and could not get connected to the pyramid again. It was a nice experience, I felt very good.”

“Yes, it is a very important book even though it is small. Abhilashitha has worked on the subject for two years. I asked her to visit the Giza pyramid Astrally, pray to the pyramid and wait to receive answers. Pyramid has a personality. He began giving her lot of information. Several Masters were also involved; a Master from Sirius and our Rishis also gave a lot of information. We have presented only ten percent of all the knowledge received by us. The rest needs further verification; unfortunately we do not have enough time as there are other projects to focus on with the dawn of the Light Age. But if possible we might come up with another book.

“There is a lot of information and misinformation about the pyramids in other books and on the internet. In Pyramid Revelations, we did not want to repeat any existing information. We could have added many pages but we thought it would be appropriate to only present new information. It is easy to add pages but we decided to keep the book as small as possible.”

Many others meditators have also mentioned that they had visions and energy experiences after reading the book.

Mr. Arjun Scindia and his family are building a house in Taponagara and it has reached near completion. They thanked Guruji for all the blessings and also appreciated all the love and affection they received from Taponagarites.

“Taponagara is like that, it is full of love and opportunities for Spiritual growth. You are welcome.”

With this the session ended, the kids came rushing into the dining hall, where we were all seated, birthday cake was cut and gifts were distributed. Over buffet dinner, everyone was deeply engrossed discussing everyday matters as kids were busy playing around. Some were exchanging their contemplation on metaphysical matters. The ladies of Taponagara always take these monthly get-togethers as an opportunity to wear their best outfits and jewelry, and they love to exchange notes on the best place to shop. The very meditators who have exalted mystical experiences can also discuss the latest of trends. Meditators follow Guruji’s teaching of balancing their material and Spiritual lives. Taponagarites always love to come together and chat; every gathering has a festive connotation.

Freewill and Karma
20-09-2012 |

The July 2012 Volunteers’ Meet was like an intense round of Q&As and no time was lost even while the microphone changed hands. Most had come prepared with questions after due contemplation on Guruji’s Sunday lectures. For Guruji, Volunteers are his representatives; his interactions with them have a different tone.

Mr. Karthik N. wanted to understand about Karmas and their impact, his question was, “We understand that Karmas teach us lessons. If a layman, in some corner of the world, who is not even aware of the concept of Karmas commits mistakes and acquires Karmas, do Karmas then have some compassion over him compared to other people who knowingly commit mistakes?”

“It is difficult to generalize and simplify,” Guruji said and reminded us the words of his Guru – Maharshi Amara. “Also, as Amara had said, somewhere deep in our being we will be aware of our wrong actions. However, Karmas act dispassionately and yet the Intelligence operating in them is considerate. Justice cannot be partial. We have to pay-up, after all what are Karmas but the Spiritual effects of our actions. If someone apologizes for what they have done then the Karmas will be removed.”

Reminiscing his life Guruji said, “I have spent much of my life in observing and studying human behaviour. I am a graduate in Science but I have read a lot of literature. I have studied very closely the various dimensions of human emotions. People do not apologize even when they realize that they have committed a mistake, deliberately or otherwise.

“Karmas are strict, like God and the Rishis. A Rishi is the kindest being, he will bless with boons but he can also give curses. The Rishis are Perfect Beings, they are Masters. There is a very important lesson here for all of us; you see, being good is not enough. Try being only good and the world will exploit you. Amara was very kind; he would disapprove in a very gentle and polite way, but I have seen him getting tough with a few.

“Similarly in our families, with our children and friends we have to put our foot down in a non-offensive way if the situation so demands. So coming back to your point, Karmas are very compassionate as well as very strict.”

Karthik’s voice had shades of disappointment as he asked his next question, “At the Astral level, people have more knowledge than what they have here at the physical level. So, our friends and relatives should be more aware about the purpose behind our practice of Meditation and Light Channeling. Yet they impose restrictions. Is it that they have not understood at the Astral level or they do not want to translate it to the physical level?”

“Some truths are hard to digest but we have to; we take up Spiritual pursuit as seekers of Truth. Fact is that they do know the benefits of Spiritual practices but still they get in the way. It is not out of ignorance.”

When the Light Channelling Volunteers Team visited schools on the birthday anniversary of Maharshi Amara, February 1st, Guruji had mentioned that Master V and two Ra Loka Rishis would be present in every session. Karthik wanted to know if this still continues because many have felt the Grace of the Rishis during sessions.

Guruji confirmed the presence of the Astral representatives of the Rishis and said, “The Light Channelling activity is Vishwamitra Maharshi’s project. Every Light Channelling session is monitored, guided and blessed by Vishwamitra Maharshi.”

Thanking Guruji, Karthik passed on the mic to Sunil.

Freewill – the more we scrutinize it the deeper the feeling that it is a double-edged sword. Humanity has enacted epics to fight for freedom; wars and revolutions have marked the history of mankind. Maintaining Karma-less freedom is another battle all together. Sunil’s question was in this regard, “Guruji, because of Freewill we make choices and when we make wrong choices we attract Karmas. Now, Freewill is a gift from God to human beings, it has not been given to plants and animals. So can we say that because we abuse Freewill we attract Karmas and if Freewill is withdrawn then there will not be any Karmas?”

“You can say that, however, why associate Karmas with bad ones only and why focus on the abuse of Freewill. There are many good things we chose and these result in good Karmas too,” Guruji smilingly questioned Sunil’s scepticism. “Let us never underestimate ourselves; we all have our flaws and weaknesses.”

In earlier discussions, Guruji had mentioned that Freewill, despite the dangers of mistakes, makes the human story adventurous. It adds newer dimensions to life. “Continuing on this point Guruji, animals and trees are not bound by the Laws of Karma,” Keerthi asked, “but they are bound by other laws, isn’t it?”

“Of course, every living being is bound by some or the other law. A tiger will kill for survival, that is its nature and it is allowed, but there are cases wherein they are known to not hurt a defenceless calf. Observe even the street dogs around your house; notice the laws they follow.”

Ms. Hemalata, a Meditation teacher at the Indiranagar Centre continued the topic, “Namaste Guruji, on karmas, there was a question in the Basic Course Class - since Meditation was introduced by Rishis, was Karma also introduced by them?”

“No, the Laws of Karma were introduced by God Himself,” Guruji deepened his voice and continued, “it is very important to know that before we took birth on this level of existence, we as souls, were completely briefed about the pros and cons of Freewill and Karma. At the level of the soul we always know the consequences of our actions. We came here with full awareness.”

These words from Desmond Tutu add to the clarity whether applied to individuals or nations – ‘Freedom and liberty lose out by default, because good people are not vigilant.’ If we are careful enough not to overstep the Laws of freewill then we will not accrue any Karmas. This point about being vigilant came up in an answer Guruji gave to Jayant, but more importantly there was an extremely important lesson we received.

Mr. Jayant Deshpande, “Guruji on freewill, it allows us to go beyond ourselves and go out of our way to do things. Without Freewill, we will not be able to do so….”

“Absolutely, there are large-hearted people who donate one of their kidneys to save someone’s life. These acts of kindness are also due to our Freewill which we can use to help humanity. In the spur of the moment we might go out of our way and help others. I won’t hesitate to say that if it is possible for you, help others recklessly! Love for fellow human beings should manifest in our actions. With positive actions you can be reckless but if you are in doubt whether your action is right, pause for a moment. Listen to your intuition, and then decide.

“Helping others recklessly sounds like a reckless statement, doesn’t it,” Guruji remarked, “but human life is extremely complex; there is so much to life that there cannot be just one straitjacketed law for every situation. Wisdom gives us discernment and forbearance into applicability of different laws appropriately. Similarly, we cannot brand people as only good or bad. Suddenly a good person may do a bad deed or vice versa.”

This point on not branding people is crucial in our efforts to stay positive and non-judgmental in the face of challenging people situations.

Ms. Usha Satishchandra, a dedicated Light Channels Volunteer, asked from the very depth of her being. Her voice resonated with deep life experience and peace. “Can’t we rise above all these - freewill, karmas and all that - is there any way?”

“Yes there is,” promptly Guruji guided, “if you carry lot of Love and Light, you will rise above all these. When you love someone you will naturally ignore their shortcomings. It is not easy to forgive, who are we to forgive anyway, only God forgives; let us ignore others’ follies. When we allow ego to operate, we don’t allow the love to operate.”

Pausing for just a moment, Guruji spoke words which, I feel, is a quote – “Everyone is capable of everything of the highest order.”

Usha, “How to balance that, Guruji?”

“You see in the right moment you will have enough wisdom to know what to do; a check-list of do’s and don’ts cannot be given. Sometimes you have to give in, may be a bit of your ego, but you can maintain an exalted state. For this, conscious thinking, choosing and execution are important. We should not behave like ordinary people.”

For Sunil the point of Karmas was still lingering on his mind, so he asked, “Guruji, if a person has heavy karmas and is suffering a lot, and he decides to leave his body then will his karmas be carried to his next life? Is there a possibility that that intensity can be spread out over lifetimes, so that the suffering goes down?”

Guruji gave a very clear answer, “It all depends on his intent to grow spiritually. If the person is serious about positivisation and transformation then the Karmas can be reduced, spread over, postponed, cancelled and even taken over.”

Moving his hand across Guruji emphasized, “Anything is possible, but it depends on the person’s intent, and of course, effort.”

From this point onwards the tone of the session changed. Sunil brought up an often asked question about carrying Light all day long. “Early morning when I experience and channel Light, I feel I am in a different world. The moment my workday starts and I meet clients, the serenity vanishes. How do I maintain the vibrations of Light throughout the day Guruji?”

“It is very simple, be aware that Light is inside you irrespective of what happens around you, then you will not be touched. Also, practice the Shambala Principles of spreading Ananda and Love. Usually the moment we interact with the people of the world our vibrations come down, but you can avoid it by consciously carrying Light all the time. Pray to the Light to operate through you even when you are engrossed in the day’s activities.”

“I was contemplating about our responses to situations and people,” Keerthi said in a very deep voice with undertones of some struggle, “it occurred to me that responding begins with going beyond confrontation. Instead of a typical knee-jerk reaction, I pause before responding to what others say to me; if they are right then I accept and correct myself, and if not then I should pause before responding. Is this approach correct, Guruji?”

“You can rise above anything with Love,” Guruji said categorically. Often he answers a question specifically for a person knowing their limitations and strengths.

“If you are too soft the world will exploit you. There are times you have to put your foot down and state clearly that you will not take being spoken to in an impolite manner. We have taught that we should be calm but you have to be tough and upfront at times. There isn’t just one Spiritual law you can apply in every situation, there are other laws as well.”

In the same context there was another important point raised regarding people management. When we see prejudices in people with absolutely no flexibility in their thinking how should we deal with them.

Guruji explained in a no-nonsense clear-cut way – “Tolerate such people!” We laughed. “When you cannot change situations and people refuse to grow, what can you do but accept this reality.” He said in a matter-of-factly way and continued, “Maintain your calm, do not lose your peace over matters you have no control over, accept people with all their imperfections. Be diplomatic and smile, if you cannot disengage from the conversation.”

Pausing for a sip of water, he taught us a very important lesson – “Acceptance is not compromising.”

Giving us just a moment to absorb the wisdom behind this statement, he said, “There are people around me who have not grown as much as they should have, but I accept them as they are, I have no complaints. It is the responsibility of the individual to grow and he has every right not to grow. As a Guru, I have done my job and for me, that suffices. Amara’s words come to my mind, while speaking about a very stubborn person he said that this earth will last for another two billion years giving that person ample time to transform. This might sound humorous but notice that even Amara accepted the situation.

“There are times when I convey to those around me that they are wrong, sometimes I am tough, but I put forth a lot of love behind my words. These relationships are intact. Even if they choose to not grow, there is no dilution in my love. More importantly, I have no complaints and no problems with anyone.

Again pausing for just a fraction of a moment for us to open-up more, he added, “There are issues we should not accept, like corruption, terrorism; however, these are general issues. We should not endlessly put up with injustices whether at the personal or world level. If you can bring about a change, do so and if you cannot, do not go on fretting about it. As I have been saying, there isn’t just one law or approach which fits every situation.”

Life is not simple; wisdom of living cannot be over-simplified in a list of do’s and don’ts. The look on some of the faces must have amused Guruji, because with a mischievous smile he said, “We have to accept people and the world as it is, yet we have to assess how much to accept and when to reject completely.”

Wisdom should be exercised while speaking truth. We cannot blindly and bluntly speak the truth; like for example, we cannot tell a person that he is a total failure. It will worsen his life and make recovery difficult. But if it helps, then we should bring about this awareness in him. Resistance to a situation or person we cannot change will not benefit anyone. We have to address the problem at hand, acceptance will help, resistance will hinder.

Guruji had once said, “We should see everything from a higher perspective. This world, you and I have many imperfections. Do not judge, accept. Do not harbour strong dislikes towards anyone, if I had a strong dislike or hatred towards anyone then the Rishis will not allow me to sit here.”

To lighten the moment Guruji joked, “The Rishis are still working through me, which means I am not that bad after all.”

And he added, “So, accept your neighbour…” Our laughter almost drowned his words – “….accept your spouse, in-laws!”

Mr. Jayant Deshpande shared his observation about the times we are living in; his position as a Director, Trustee and Senior Guide leads him to interactions with many people at very close quarters. This coupled with intense training and personal guidance from Guruji gives him a unique perspective into many matters. “Guruji, in these times of turbulence, I have observed that there is also a lot of Grace. While there are many facing challenges simultaneously there are many who have smooth lives; I see people settling in life comfortably, their life-tracks are getting set beautifully, like some are establishing their careers, others with their education.”

“Yes, that is a very good observation. There are severe floods and remorseless mass killings, also there are many good things happening like mass people’s movements and revolutions. Both good and bad, are intensifying. I observe that intelligent people create problems while average ones manage life better. Sometime back I met a person who is very innocent, almost bordering on naïve stupidity. There are all shades of people with every kind of problem resulting from lack of intelligence or too much of it; that is why I have been saying just to lead a sensible, mature, balanced life one needs Spiritual maturity. In these times everything surfaces, good as well as bad.

“Since people bring their problems to me and pour their hearts out, I see that rare acts of goodness are becoming more frequent. Because there is essential goodness in everyone there also is an expansion in their emotions and thinking. Here we give opportunities, knowledge, wisdom, a lot of help for meditators to grow. It is for people to choose positive or negative. Turbulence will bring out what is chosen.”

In this session some other questions were also asked, like, Mr. Ramachandra had a question on Mantras or chants, “We repeat a Mantra one hundred and eight times; I wanted to understand why exactly this particular number; and also what is the relevance in the times when we are going beyond Mantras and experiencing Light directly?”

“When you are experiencing Light or God directly no mantra is required. Now the ancient Rishis found out that one hundred and eight is a mystical number, just like the number nine. That is why any and every Mantra should be repeated one hundred and eight times.”

On the same lines Guruji had once mentioned that the number seven is special; it can be understood as a base unit. Ideally, we should send Light to a person for a minimum of seven minutes.

Some guidance was sought on contacting the Rishis as well, “When we are trying to contact the Rishis or higher beings, I have felt that if I am aware of them all the time, it helps in the contact. Is this correct Guruji?”

“Yes, because you are aware of their existence, you are naturally aware of them. There will be a kind of contact, however mild at some level and when you really want to talk seriously it gets strengthened. Even during Astral travel, you have to go on thinking about the place you want to visit, it helps; the intent itself generates a kind of energy.”

Another Volunteer re-visited Guruji’s teaching that pain is an important part of life. “Guruji, I came across a quote from Kahlil Gibran – ‘Pain is the destruction of the shell that encloses our understanding’. It is so intense.”

“Khalil Gibran was more a mystic and much more. He wrote poetry, he would paint, above all he was Rishi Worker…” This revelation from Guruji left us agape. There are many Spiritual Masters or Rishis who incarnate in different countries and cultures in every period of time. They may not start a Spiritual centre and teach Meditations but they bring about higher awareness and elevate the quality of human life in one way or another. Some become scientists, mathematicians, artists, poets, leaders, etc.

“There are not many evolved mystics like Kahlil Gibran in today’s times. The only name which comes to my mind is Eckhart Tolle. He is a genuine Spiritual Master and there is no one to compare with him. There are many spiritual teachers and guides who intellectualize and are very good orators,” Guruji said and summarized, “such guides are brilliant intellectuals and philosophers but they are not spiritual.”

Ms. Usha Satishchandra transported us into a different state of mind when she asked, “I was wondering Guruji, there are some moments in our lives which we could not live fully. Is it okay if we can go back in our thoughts and live those moments or is the moment just over?”

Her question may appear obvious, but read again and understand its depth. It is not about escaping into reveries. Guruji’s answer might clarify, “Yes, you can go back and live those moments. Go back in time, go back in mind, there are several ways. You can do that, although in a different realm, but you can. I do that often. Nostalgia is precious and you cannot compare it with any other experience.”

Many years ago, Guruji had told me that we can experience things better in retrospect. My young mind, still filled with management jargon and corporate know-how, could not comprehend it; fortunately, now I do.

Probably this explains Anais Nin’s quote – ‘We write to taste life twice, in the moment and in retrospection.’

Every soul seeks healing for their body and mind. While Meditation is the most holistic approach to healing, Guruji has periodically introduced us to various healing energies and techniques. During a Sunday Class Lecture, Guruji had mentioned that all Divine Energies heal. This led to our attempts to further understand the process of healing.

Since disease is essentially going out of tune with the natural balance with in our body, we asked if healing energies tune us leading back to normal health.

Guruji taught us – “During Meditation when we enter Stillness, we become aligned with God and His Energy fine tunes all that is out of balance in us.”

To explain us how every Divine Energy can heal, Guruji explained – “Every Divine Energy is a composite of many other energies. When you pray and invoke the Energy of Brahma, it will be the primary energy however it will also contain the Energy of Ishwara.”

When we send healing energies to a person, a lot depends on the patient’s willingness to accept the energies. Ms. Vaishali Joshi was sending healing energies to someone and she found that the energies were not flowing; she found a block.

Guruji explained to us that some refuse to accept Spiritual energies. Healing energies not only reduce the suffering but at the level of the soul, the energies speak to person to positivise. If the person refuses to transform, the energies return.

Along with the patient, those around him also suffer. Guruji said that it is due to their Karmas. Earlier he had explained that if a person chooses to positivise, then even his Karmas help in the process.

Vaishali shared an incredible healing experience. One of her friends had psoriasis. Medication from conventional healing methods did not help; as the disease worsened they tried alternative methods which healed to a very small extent. Months passed, finally Vaishali sent healing energies for a week; the disease vanished completely.

The session ended with an inspiring discussion on hope. Sunil appreciated Guruji’s example of the triumph of indomitable human spirit – there was a magazine report a few days after the Indonesian tsunami. The devastation wrecked many coastal villages and towns. A photograph showed an old lady drawing Rangoli (a welcome decorative sketch at the entrances of Indian households), when half of her hut had collapsed, most of the roof was missing and the surrounding houses had been crumbled. “Imagine the courage of this woman to continue with hope. Think about her state of mind; the shock of the tsunami, loss of life around her, dismal poverty, helplessness, nothing had trampled her hope for a good future. That is courage.”

Guruji walked down the memory lanes, “I had some photographs, I do not know where I have kept them now, I could not afford simple furniture in those trying days when I lived in a hut. So I piled bricks, placed a small flat stone on it and used it as a table. I had flower beds around my hut, a beautiful bamboo fence; it was all so very enchanting. I had problems but I did not suffer. I hardly had any financial resources but I used to plan for the construction of the Cosmic Tower. At some deep level I knew that it would happen someday. What gives us strength to continue with life, to dream and hope towards happier times? It is the bright flame of the human spirit which cannot be extinguished.”

He also gave us examples of Mandela and Gandhi who displayed exemplary hope during intense long-drawn trials. Guruji highlighted the point that they did not carry any bitterness after the trials they underwent. He also appreciated Aung San Suu Kyi’s determination.

The July 2012 Volunteers’ Meet was more vibrant than any before; and we were charged with Guruji’s life-force and resolute undefeatable spirit. We were left with more wisdom, courage and hope.

The Unmanifest Chidakasha
01-09-2012 |

Sometime in the middle of 2012, Guruji had given us new knowledge about the Unmanifest Energy, called Chidakasha in Sanskrit. It is a special powerful energy stored around our Spiritual body or Anandamaya Kosha. It is also known as Akasha - inner space or sky. Guruji had instructed us to practise the Unmanifest Energy Meditational technique for exactly three minutes. Since then many have followed, benefited and sought more understanding on this subject.

We had requested Guruji to tell us about the benefits of this Energy. He delineated as follows - “One of the most important benefits is that it creates detachment in us which in turn helps us maintain emotional equanimity in the face of extreme situations. It also helps us in developing a balanced approach to life and our responsibilities, such that we live a sensible and full life with a serene objective demeanour.

“This Energy brings us wisdom, we access our own innate intelligence and hence we do not need external evaluation of our acts, whether good or bad.

“Along with dispassion, it also brings out our life-force, which gives us hope and courage. When we feel dejected and low, the life-force in us uplifts our spirit and helps us move forward. It gives us wisdom to overcome disappointment, depression and failures.

“Most importantly, it keeps us connected to God. Communicating with God becomes easy; we will be able to simply close our eyes and talk to Him. Experiencing this inner space is a very important part of Sadhana.”

Ms. Vaishali Joshi wanted to know if Chidakasha can be likened to the other subtle bodies - Spiritual, Intellectual, Mental – which are required to descend further down into Creation to experience life at different levels of existence. Before we reach Guruji’s answer, I strongly recommend a quick read of the book – Descent of Soul – in the twenty-eight pages we can understand the key aspects of cosmology and our journey in Creation, as taught by the Light Masters or Rishis.

Guruji’s explained, “Let us understand the Unmanifest Energy in us as a gift from God. It helps in rising above the human nature and keeps us from getting swayed by emotional fluctuations. Sometimes we have to take tough decisions, we may have to make some sacrifices and take actions for the larger good. We have to look at the larger picture of human welfare and the even larger dimension of human life, and act accordingly. We cannot limit ourselves to life at the individual level and act in an ordinary way.

“There is a shred of weakness in human nature, which is not a negative trait but we need to rise above it at times for a larger cause. At such times the Unmanifest Energy in us helps us; even if we don’t consciously connect to this part of God, it will help us.”

Ms. Shobha Rao, a senior guide and meditator, wanted to know if in deep Meditation we touch the Unmanifest Energy. Guruji answered that we do not.

Ms. Keerthi Bisarahalli’s question - “Does the Unmanifest Energy help us in seeing the bigger picture or does it help us in rising above dualities?”

“Both,” Guruji said, “It does things which we can’t imagine. Unless you see the state of affairs in a detached manner, you can’t rise.”

Keerthi’s spouse Sunil had a follow-up question, “When I come out of my Meditations, my emotions were like a horizontal line. So, if I want to take a decision and I don’t want my emotions to influence them, can I link up to the Unmanifest Energy and then take a decision?”

Guruji confirmed that he could try and said, “Every one of us can do that. You need not necessarily do it every time; our common sense, intuition and conscience also guide us to the right decision. Only when you are in doubt you can try this.”

“Does the Unmanifest help us purify?” someone asked, to which Guruji said that it does not do so directly and he reminded us that we should not overdo this technique of experiencing the Unmanifest. Too much practice will lead to imbalances and heavy withdrawal from normal life.

Mr. Sandeep shared the benefit he had received from experiencing the Unmanifest Energy. “For the past one and a half years I have struggled to sit comfortably for Meditations due to pain in my legs. Since I started the Chidakasha technique I have been able to overcome this problem, my Meditations are now very deep and satisfactory. I feel very nice.”

Guruji appreciated Sandeep’s progress and told us that the only reason the Rishis are not allowing us to experience this Energy for longer duration is because we are yet to reach a higher level of Spiritual maturity. After growing to this level, wherein we can love life and all its demands without getting too possessive and attached, we will be given newer techniques to utilize this Energy.

This Energy has been in us all the while but this knowledge has been given to us only recently. The Light Masters are the wisest Beings in Creation; they know about our readiness to receive new knowledge. In them we trust, and under their guidance we grow spiritually.

Metaphysical Nature
15-08-2012 |

In order to study the smallest of sub-atomic particles, humanity has built the largest of machines like the particle accelerators. One wonders, how large a research laboratory would be required to unravel the metaphysical underpinnings of Nature. The ancient Spiritual Masters, also called Rishis, were Scientists in the truest sense. They explored the tangible (Material), as well as the intangible (Spiritual) aspects of Creation. Only since the Medieval times, when religion overshadowed Spirituality, did Science and Spirituality part ways. Until the actual dawn of the Light Age, getting them together is a near-impossible task. Fortunately, there is a sizable population which pursues metaphysics.

Our Study Centre books like New Age Realities, Awareness, Higher Communication and other Realities, etc present some of what we have understood so far from the Rishis through Guruji Krishnananda; this article presents our continuous quest to grasp more, one question at a time.

I had once asked Guruji about the co-relation between global weather and human consciousness. Does agitation in the collective human consciousness result in extreme weather? Could the erratic and disturbed weather pattern be a reflection of all the pain and suffering generated by humanity?

Guruji answered in an absolute affirmative, “Yes. It is directly proportional.” The simplicity and brevity in his response could not express its magnitude, but his intense expression did.

There is an increased frequency of natural calamities these days. We associate destruction with only loss of life and resources but we were shocked when Guruji told us that there are benefits too!

“Whenever there are earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, etc along with the forces of destruction, creative forces are released as well,” Guruji said. And while we were still reeling from what we had just heard he continued, “Several kinds of energies are released along with destructive and creative ones, there’s also a third kind which can be understood as purifying energies. Much more happens than what we understand. Some of the released energies are unusual; these are gathered and stored by the Rishis for usage at appropriate times.”

Answering a question from Mr. Jayant Deshpande, Guruji told us that some earthquake energies are spread all over the earth and are not confined to one place. Long time back Guruji had given us a glimpse into the projects of the Rishis when he told us that they store some rare energies from eclipses and other astronomical events like Solar flares as well.

Popular science documentaries usually paint the Sun in a bad picture. They describe it as a ball of fire which could mercilessly evaporate us with its coronal mass ejections. Little do they know that besides radiation and plasma several Spiritual energies also get ejected with flares. The Sun has sentience and is administered by a deity called Surya Narayana. In fact, Rishis can cause Solar flares meticulously in conjunction with the Sun god so as to flood the earth with beneficial energies to raise human consciousness.

There’s more – there are worlds or planet-like globes inside the Sun! These are inhabited by beings that live in bodies which are very different from ours. These higher-dimensional beings, and the globes they live on, vibrate at a very high frequency.

This could sound absolutely unbelievable to mainstream, rational-minded seekers of truth but then the dual wave-particle nature of the most fundamental building blocks of matter does not leave the common man with much of a certainty on which they can base their understanding of nature.

Albert Einstein’s quote on realities certified by logic is very interesting – ‘As far as the laws of mathematics refer to reality, they are not certain, as far as they are certain, they do not refer to reality.’

The Spiritual Masters say that there is a Shaishumara Chakra at 51,840 miles above earth which monitors many parameters to make life possible. If seeing is the only way of believing then all illusions must be true. Until we open up our higher faculties of direct perception, let our intuition guide us to incredible truths, which indeed are, stranger than fiction.

Galaxies, stars, rocks, the laptop I am working on, all are made of Divine Matter. Even when these are not animated by souls, innate intelligence is an important feature of all that is created. Above and beyond these, there are Intelligences in Creation which operate the processes of Nature. Guruji gave us more knowledge on the inner workings of Nature.

“The forces of Nature activate say, for example, a hurricane; it is programmed to execute an exact extent of destruction. Once created, the hurricane acts as an entity and does its job.”

Having read a lot about weather manipulation technologies, I asked Guruji if artificially created hurricanes and tsunamis work differently from Nature induced ones, and how would the extent of destruction and death be programmed into the weather weapon.

The timeless Rishis operate from the Highest realms; they have an answer for every question we can pose, after all they gave us the Vedas (ancient scriptures), Vimanas (ancient aircrafts), etc. “The artificially created hurricane will carry out the intent of its creator!” Guruji said, and pall descended on all of us. It was momentary though, because we knew that the forces of Light Masters always override those of dark.

‘Everyone who is seriously involved in the pursuit of science becomes convinced that a spirit is manifest in the laws of the Universe - a spirit vastly superior to that of man, and one in the face of which, we, with our modest powers, must feel humble.’ – Albert Einstein

Since Nature is sentient with a Spirit behind it, that should explain why some say they can communicate with plants. There have been enough cases reported by meditators wherein they requested their plants to flower and they did. The baffling manner in which vegetation adapts itself to its surroundings can be attributed to bio-chemical signals but what can explain plants heeding to human call to flower.

There is a small patch outside my house which had a large rodent burrow. All efforts to plant flowering shrubs and hedges did not succeed because the rodent would eat away the roots. Guruji had once taught us that if we mentally request to plants and animals with a lot of love, they often oblige. After resisting advices that the stubborn rodent should be poisoned, I simply asked it to leave and it did.

During one of the birthday get-togethers of the staff members of Manasa Administrative Office an interesting topic about pets came up. Guruji mentioned that animals can sense the silent intents we carry in our hearts. He said, “If you have hit a street dog with a stone and if you come across another, somehow it will sense your dislike. Animals can sense fear and other unexpressed emotions in us.”

Somewhere along the conversation when he was reminded that cobras are frequenting Antar-Manasa more often, he told us about snakes. “Snakes, particularly, cobras are very sensitive to Spiritual energies. The energies at Antar-Manasa are intensifying, that is why more cobras are getting drawn to that place.”

If the responsiveness of animals to non-verbal cues is hard to believe, let us look at some real-life examples. I take care of a street dog which stays free all day; it feeds and sleeps in my house compound. It sustained a severe injury and underwent a surgery. I had to keep it leashed until it healed. It kept howling all night, trying to jump-off the gate and escape. In the morning as I started my Meditation, it stayed quiet up until I finished.

Ms. Rajalakshmi, a Light Channels Volunteer, recently shared her experience of how birds respond to Spiritual energy. “I was about to start a Light Channelling session in a school and a crow flew in and sat on the fan. It was continuously making noise. Ignoring the disturbance I continued speaking to the students. The moment we started channelling Light it became silent and remained so for the next three to five minutes. As the practise ended, students began chatting; the crow silently flew away.”

Plants, animals, birds and Nature itself seem to respond to human emotions and Spiritual energies in ways we are yet to understand.

In the same staff members’ meeting Ms. Vaishali Joshi shared her experience of Grace. “Namaste Guruji. Having finished my work day, I was about to start for home; it was pouring heavily. I just looked at Amaraji’s photo in the Office and prayed that if the rains could stop for just twenty minutes, I could reach home without getting drenched. As I was about to step out the rain slowed into a drizzle and then it stopped; the moment I reached home the rain resumed its fury.”

“Such acts of Grace prove the enormity of Love showered on us. Even our smallest of wishes are honoured. Many years ago when I was farming, we needed the rains to let up so that we could harvest the standing crop, otherwise we would have suffered a heavy yield loss. I prayed; barring our area it poured everywhere in the surroundings. Once we finished our task, it rained heavily for about six days. I had tears in my eyes. It is difficult to believe that in a ruthless world, simple prayers whispered from our hearts are answered.”

On some other occasion, Mr. Sunil Bisarahalli had shared something similar. “Guruji, I prayed for the rains to stop just for a few seconds so that I could run from where I was and get into my car without getting wet; it worked. The moment I was safe in the car, it started pouring again.”

I had a similar experience but I did not even pray. The rain stopped and resumed as if on cue, in response to my unexpressed wish.

There are many times when we wish, and even pray, but the rain does not stop and Murphy’s Law triumphs. What could be the science behind these and many other unexplained phenomena which cannot be subjected to the laws of causality!

Nature is mystical. Weather, vegetation, animals and humans are woven in a web of life on earth. Perhaps, global warming cannot be attributed to human actions alone but consciousness too. While scientists do a fantastic job of exploring Nature’s mechanics using their means and machines, we need to open our higher faculties and perceive knowledge directly. Since Nature responds to our prayers, it will surely let us in on some of its secrets.
