I am experiencing Bliss in deep Meditation. I feel blessed. I am absorbing Light throughout the day, feel calm and peaceful.

Recently, I visited Taponagara after more than a decade. It was a profoundly heart-filling and memorable experience. When I was channelling Light sitting in Maharshi Amara’s Samadhi, I felt like my body had become as light as a feather and felt as if I was about to start floating in the air. It was a very touching experience. I thank Rishis, Master V, Guruji and Maharshi Amara for everything that I have achieved in my Life and for all the blessings and help they give me constantly.

Last month my son was travelling in Amsterdam with his family. In one of the stations, he lost his bag with their passports. He filed a complaint with the police. He told me and my sister about it on the phone. We were worried. The Indian embassy said that they will have to return to India. I was praying to Guruji for some miracle to happen. I just got up from praying and my son’s call came informing that a man came to the police station with his bag saying that he found it in one of the stations. I believe that a Rishi came and handed over the bag. I thanked Guruji and the Rishis. My son lost only his watch and other small items. The passports were safe and he could finish his further travel. I again thank Guruji and God for their Grace.

I am beginning to be consistent with my Meditation practice. I am waking up at a specific time regularly and I am able to sit for Meditation. I notice my raw emotions and tone them down or even skip if it doesn’t help the situation. I am also able to give credit to myself when it is due, rather than doubting / ignoring myself. Most importantly, I am beginning to understand that it’s my ego which I have to put down because it doesn’t help the situation. I am able to do the special Meditations for Navaratri with ease. I can sense the blue color of energy and I am able to be in that sphere with joy. In that state, I feel a sensation of coolness, and that I am in the lap of Mother and being taken care of by Her.

Meditation is now ‘happening’. My thoughts have reduced comparatively by improved awareness. These are challenging times. I feel Sapta Rishis are there to guide me and the outcome is positive. I have started loving myself more and more by accepting positive emotions and letting go of all negative ones. My family (especially my son) has started loving me more, since I keep myself calm under all circumstances.
